What is your cancellation policy after booking?

We have visited our potential sitter and were pleased. However, I can't find on your website information on how necessary cancellations are handled after booking. Thanks.

Depending on the date of the cancellation and the sitter’s policy, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. You can find out what is the sitter's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) by viewing their profile (below the calendar showing availability).
