Rover is setting me up to decline?

I have a recent booking request that I have two issues with: 1. I have a house sitting service booked until 6/11 at 7pm, but rover pushed through a house sitting request on 6/11 at 10am. I also checked my availability and it says" 0/1 booked" for house sitting on 6/11. Why is Rover showing me as available on 6/11?! 2. I have my radius set to 10 miles. When I click on the directions to the coordinates, it is 16-17 miles away from me. However, when I only view the request itself, it is showing as 9.87 miles. From my experience, the coordinates are most accurate. The 9.87 is based on the radius, not directions. Why is it not based on driving distance?

These are setting me up to decline clients.

I have found that Rover marks you as available on the day your stay ends, regardless of time. You can manually change your availability through the calendar tab in your app if this is a problem to you.

Yeah, I figured. I saw that we get scored on the amount of requests/inquiries we decline, so I thought it was interesting

You've heard the saying "it is, what it is" The mileage calculation is what it is an estimate. Call Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and complain, but I doubt Rover will do anything to address your concern

I think the calculation is "as the crow flys".....I have been reducing my area considerably based on crazy gas prices!
