how do I look up sitter by name?

The questions is in the FAQ list but I can't see any answers.

Search by name unfortunately is not possible on the Rover platform, at one time you could use Google but Rover blocked these searches. If you call Customer Support 888-453-7889, they can assist you in setting up a booking with that sitter
