British Columbia: License needed to be a Rover Sitter?

Hi everyone, I can't seem to find a straightforward answer as to whether I need a license in BC to be a Rover sitter. If I do, what type of license do I need? Also, from my understanding, Insurance is covered at Rover level, is this correct? Hopefully someone can help and thank you.
