How to start a sitting time? Can't find where to start Rover Card?

How do I log that I have started a dog boarding session? I am brand new to sitting. I think I need to start a Rover Card but the instructions do not make sense. When I go to home on my rover app, there is no "start" button.

Rover cards are not used for boarding.

I've never done boarding but when doing sittings you don't do anything as there isn't a rover card so I'm assuming boarding is the same.
