How do I modify a pending booking from drop in visits to boarding visits?

Trying to modify a pending request. Set up as drop in visits and owner wants boarding instead. Tried deleting the dates and adding them back, but it defaults to drop in visits. Any suggestions?

The easiest thing to do is have the client initiate a new booking for boarding since you said the drop-in was pending and therefore not paid. If they have any issues, then they should call Rover customer support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. The initial drop-in request is going to remain as pending in their account, but will go away once that date is past. There's no way to get rid of it from the client's inbox.
