Does marking available for boarding on a day mean a previous boarding can last through the end of that day?

For example: I can board a dog overnight on Fridays/Saturdays with the expectation that he dog will get picked up on Sunday. I am available through Sunday evening for pickup, aka the boarding can last until then. Should I note available for boarding for Sundays since the reservation can be through Sunday evening? Or does marking available means I can board overnight starting on Sunday?

I work on Mondays and won't be home so should I not mark available on Sundays?
