Why is the App and Site complicated and confusing?

Does anyone else have trouble using the app? One of my clients and I are constantly have problems setting up dates. My main problem was trying to remove a recurring walk. This app and website should be more user friendly. Easy to understand.
I tried to use instructions from the Help listing but even that is confusing.

I don’t know the answer why, but I also have a lot of glitches. Even trying to search in this Q&A community for specific “tags” doesn’t do anything besides refresh the page and show the newest questions. My guess is that Rover doesn’t spend the amount of money needed to keep their platforms updated and running smoothly. They do answer support emails quickly though!

They answer support emails and thank you for your ideas and we're always trying to improve. Same answer for years and the DogVacay experience remains far, far better, even years after the merge. You could even see your meet and greets on the calendar! And the names of the dogs coming up!

Rover has been adding more features for us so I expect there to be some glitches. I've had to reach out to Rover a few times to edit things on their end. During a meet and greet the owner and I also realized some dog profiles are not showing on our end. She had all the info filled out about her furbabies and contact info. On my end, it was blank. Just send Rover support tickets. The more they receive about a certain issue, they will make it a priority. Also, try deleting the app and installing again. It's worked for me a few times.
