Problems with Rover App?

When I first started using Rover a few months ago, I didn't realize that checking in to a sitting was GPS fenced, so I had to drive back to the house to complete the check in.

This weekend, however, I had two clients with a short name starting with D with multiple animals. I clicked on the wrong one and it let me start the 'sitting' there, several miles away from where that client that I accidently clicked on lived. I sent messages to the two mixed up clients and then left the accidently checked in one open until I visited her house several hours later.

I also am always taking photos and attaching them. Sometimes I noticed if I have poor signal, the photos upload themselves multiple times. If I forget to attach a photo, the app will give me an error.

This weekend I know I took and uploaded photos for this one client, despite the poor signal I had when I was competing the sitting and closing out to send the report card. Today I looked my profile and noticed that it said 90% of clients receive photos! I've been ensuring that I give everyone photos every visit so that it'd be at 100% and I'd stick to the top of the search. I went back to check the conversation and report cards of the client and the photos I sent weren't there. I know the photos were there, both in the active sitting area and the report card. I had to click finish multiple times to get it sent out.

In fact I just went back to check all my conversations from the last couple of months and the blurb, "Client requests photo during the sitting." is no long there! Did Rover change its client side to stop automatically requesting photos from sitters?

I would be contacting Rover to tell them about all the issues your having with the app. I know it's not the best app out there for the purposes I need it for. But if it was causing as many issues for me as you are having, I would want Rover to check into it ASAP and fix it immediately.

I was curious if this just a bug or a new 'feature' of this horribly written app & if other sitters were having similar situations lately.

The Rover app has always been glitchy and I doubt they will ever attempt to fit it
