Does the pet owner see the reason when a visit is archived?

I am new to Rover and I'm learning the rules of archiving messages. I understand that it is good to archive so that your profile is not seen as tied up with active conversations with individuals that may not book a visit with you. However, does the pet owner see the archive reason? Sounds so silly to say, but they are very blunt and to the point which is a good thing from a business stand point but, to an owner it may come across as otherwise. Just curious. I have had two different people reach out to me that ended up changing plans but said they would like to use me in the future. So, I need to archive those messages and give reasons. I just didn't want to lose potential business at the same time.
Thank you!

No. Not only do they not see the reason but they don't even know that you've archived it.

Unless this changed, (from the time I asked directly years ago) rover support told me the pet owner cannot see that request was archived or reason why.

I think they may get a message about some archives im not sure. I actually wouldn't want them to see why though. What if they weren't a good fit, that wouldn't be nice to hear... so maybe only if they were archived due to no response.
