Website won't let me pay?

I have been trying to make a booking but there seems to be a glitch on the Rover website and both myself and the dogsitter have reached out to Rover via email, messaging and phone and no one is helping us! When I try to pay, I get the following message "The sitter is currently unable to accept payments" but Rover customer service assured her she can. It is still not working. It's getting very frustrating at this stage. :(

Has anyone encountered this issue???

Rover support doesn't moderate this forum all you can do is call 888-453-7889
