I confirmed a booking but can not see it on my profile. Where is it?

I have been taking care of a dog for 2 weeks now and confirmed the booking through Rover weeks ago. However I can't find the booking information anywhere on my profile. I would like to find out where the info went and how I will get paid for this booking. Thank you! Sylvia

Have you looked in your Inbox? The current stay is either in "Upcoming" or "Past Stays" and it will say "Current" or "In Progress." Click on the message from the owner. There you will see the booking info/itinerary.

48 hours after the job is over, the funds will appear in your Rover balance which is shown on your Dashboard. Right now, they should be labeled "Pending." If you haven't enrolled in the automatic payment option, then you can request a withdrawal (either via Paypal transfer directly into your bank account or by check, for which Rover will charge a fee to process).
