I've cancelled my sitter & she knows, how do I get my money put back on my card?

I ordered a sitter (Taryn) for 3 days, I spoke with her when my nephew called & told me "that he would watch my doggie" I contacted Taryn, cancelled & she understood. When will my money be put back on my credit card?

your money will be returned to you in 3-5 business days or sometimes sooner depending on your method of payment ensuring you cancelled the booking with in the allotted time frame with out occurring the penalty fee

Call Rover directly. The sitter doesn't have an access to your credit card information. Your contract is with Rover.
