Why are my phone numbers hanging my account setup?
Trying to set up my profile as a sitter but cant get past the screen for emergency phone numbers verification process. The 'continue' button is grayed out. Been this way for a year now. Any help? I've been going around in circles on various devices but it always tells me the phone number I'm trying to submit is already submitted and yet it is not confirmed bc the system keeps asking for the phone number and emergency contact names. I'd really like to join your pool of providers. thanks in advance
