Do I mark dates I’ve “booked” a stay as unavailable on my calendar?

Hi friends,

I have my account set as only watching one stay at a time. This may seem like a silly question, but I just realized I’ve never known? Should I be marking the dates I’ve “booked” stays as unavailable on my calendar? That way others know not to ask during those dates? I know a lot still will, which is fine, but it’d be helpful to point out that those dates were marked as unavailable due to other bookings.

Does this make sense? Thanks in advance! 😊

I can never figure out how to mark that I'm booked. I highlight the dates and select the edit tool but then I don't know if I'm checking the dates for available or unavailable. And then it doesn't show up on my calendar anyway.

I have this problem too, I get booking requests when I already have a stay and am also only housing one pet at a time. If I’m boarding a dog for multiple nights, will I automatically show up as unavailable for day care too?

I’m having this issue

If you book through Rover, then your calendar will be automatically updated to show you are not available. You only need to manually change your availability for other reasons, like you are going out of town, etc. Regardless of what your calendar shows, repeat customers can always contact you.
