Why is recommendation not showing up on my profile?
My client left a review for me but the site isn't showing it. How long does it take for http://Rover.com to post?

Reviews typically are posted within a few hours after they are submitted.so it's possible the client didn't save the review and therefore it's not showing. I would ask the client to try and resubmit but also ask them if they received an email from Rover with a review link; at times clients become confused thinking they did leave a review but haven't.
