Are others having security breach issues?

We've been with Rover for about 4 years and have had terrific experiences with their dog sitters. However, this year, at least 3 times, I've gotten Google alerts that Rover has had a security breach and that I should change my password. Are others getting these as well? I just got another alert today. How secure is their platform?

I received one today but did not follow the link in the email, instead went to Chrome browser and did a password checkup and it it fact said that my Rover password is on the bad guys radar so I did change the password on Rover. You have to do it while signing in by saying forgot password as there is no password reset in the profile.

The Rover support team does not visit this forum so to get a better response I would call them with your concerns, [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. I've been a walker for 5 years and have never seen a breach or received any alerts.

As Walt has stated, you should contact Rover Customer Support directly. Sounds like a phishing attempt. I have never received anything about a security breach at Rover. If it is phishing, NEVER click on a link or respond directly to them.
