First sitting! What questions do I ask?
I'm going to my first meet-and-greet with my very first assignment. What questions do I ask?

I made up my own Word form from questions I found at boarding places all over the country. One side of the form is for the basic info on the dog and owner (medical and emergency stuff) and the other is for behavioral things, plus space for notes.
Oh yes, some people create online forms (Google docs), but I like to keep it on paper in a binder for all my guest dogs, so I can make notes and they're easy to reference.
