Can a sitter cancel an appointment?

Hi there. I am very new to Rover. I'm out of work, and thought I would help others with their pets through this service until my field of work rebounds, which will most likely be when the economy does as well. But I do have a question. In the future (probably the far future by the looks of things), if a job opportunity comes my way, is it possible to cancel an appointment with the pet owner for a job interview?

Yes, of course, it is possible. However, there may be ramifications. If done too many times, Rover will drop you from the platform. I have no idea when that would kick in, but you should be aware of that possibility.

Great! So glad to know that it is an option, and that there can be consequences. I don't expect to have to do this at all. If offered an interview, I would try not to have it overlap with Rover work, but I know there can be cases where that isn't possible. Thanks for the input!
