Not all repeat clients show up as repeats?

I was wondering why my profile shows only one repeat client? I've been a rover sitter since June and have been pretty successful. I booked multiple clients the first week and since then I have had fairly consistant bookings. I get so many requests, I've actually had to turn clients away. I get alot of requests from people just traveling through as I'm located near a very popular location for tons of outdoor activities. That being said, I've had a couple repeat clients, but my profile only reflects one. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this affect how I show up in search results? I seem to have more business and reviews than others in my area, but less repeats.
