How does my address affect seach results? How can I promote myself as available for walks in a neighborhood far from my home?

Does my home address set in my profile affect where i turn up on in search results. I ask because I have a 15 mile radius service area selected and I get plenty of requests for overnights. However I have gotten one request in almost 2 months for a drop in or a walk. I know that my neighborhood is saturated with dog walkers on Rover since I live downtown near a major university. Therefore I would like to try and promote myself as available for drop in service during the day in outlying neighborhoods where I am house sitting.
