Can Rover create a custom cancellation policy please? Like a three day policy?

This week two consecutive dog sitting clients canceled. One let me know 5 days in advance, which felt fair (her camping trip got rained out). However, my next client canceled at 9pm on Saturday night for a booking that would have started Monday morning. There is no way I will find a new booking in under two days. I would like to have a 72 hour/ 3 day option. Clients have to pay %50 if the cancel in under three days from the start of the booking. One week in advance feels too strict for me, but 24 hours is too lenient. Thoughts? I would love to hear back from someone. If customizing other things on Rover is easy, like price and how many dogs I can watch at a time, can the cancellation policy be custom, too? Thank you! I love being a Rover sitter!

I totally agree. I had the same thing occur. We have a trip scheduled out of the country that has been planned for several months. We secure a sitter well in advance, then 10 days before our trip she gives the excuse that she needs to help her brother move in to college...
