Is there a way to create a rover card for Boarding stays?

I'm doing a boarding stay and I noticed the stay wasn't in the "Today" section of the App and I can't start a rover card for it. Is there a way to start a rover card for it or is it completely different in that it doesn't allow you to have that type of progress report. Is it suggested to keep a "rover card" even if the app doesn't allow you to?

Rover cards are not used for boarding. All you need to do is send periodic upates/messages and pics to the client via the app or the desktop's messaging function. Be sure to use one of the official Rover delivery methods so that all correspondence is on the site and you get credit for having send the pics.
