I have a client who sent me a booking for 1 visit a day but there are actually 1 visit 1 day, 2 visits 2 days and then 1 visit 1 day. How do I modify the booking to reflect that?
Your issue is one where Rover says you can modify the booking to adjust the number of visits on a booking, but the reality is only support can make these changes. I also has been posted at times support screws them up so check your booking right after support makes the changes to be sure they are correct.
Support has messed this up many times for me. I usually have them book the days they want one as a single request. The days they need to bookings I have them do that as another request.
you have to edit the booking after it has already been confirmed, or just do two separate bookings
