I'm new to your service and haven't completed the meet and greet with the sitter. Your site is requesting that fees be paid now to book the days I will need to board my dog.

Each sitter chooses one of three cancellation policies: flexible, moderate, or strict. You can see the cancellation policy of your chosen sitter on their profile page (below the availability calendar).
