What are the stats regarding how many sitters utilize Rover's insurance plan, how many use the 24/7 support?

Seems like a lot of Rover sitters have daytime jobs with good benefits and are using Rover for passive income; or are college students who fall under their parents' insurance plans.

Furthermore, it's nice to know that there is 24/7 support available when I need it, but I have never had to use it. I only accept dogs that are house trained, and any questions I have regarding handling a dog's behavior, I direct toward the owner. How often do you use the support hotline, and what's an example of a time it came in handy?

Rover support is available 24/7 by phone @[Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] or via the web here https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us

Rover does not offer a health insurance plan but works with a company Stride to help naviate the medial insurance maze. Also Rover does not offer pet service insurance but it offers a guarantee to the pet owner https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

I have used Rover Support a couple of times to modify bookings same-day and to resolve app glitches. In my experience support is not always prompt, but it's always friendly and helpful.

I have used Rover Support a few times. The first time it was to modify a booking that I was not able to do on the website itself. They answered my call pretty quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

The second time I had the same issue and called again. No answer. I was on hold for over 30 min yet they didn't even answer my call. This happened twice. So I really don't know how I feel about their "24/7 support."
