what is the best way to identify the people who are trying to scam you?

I had about 5 scammers messaging me last week. Ridiculous. Usually they tell you to call them or they ask for your number.
It seems to be happening more and more. There are lots of red flags typically in the first contact message. Asking for your email or phone number. Saying they are out of area and will be in your area soon. Asking you to stay long periods of time during the day. Asking what your hourly rates is... the list can be exhaustive.
So what should you do? If you receive a questionable booking request you should immediatelly call Rover support @888-453-7889

Tx Walt. I've had people w/some of these situations who are sketchy and have reported and then others who simply want to chat because it's easier than going back and forth thru e-mail. Others who are simply looking for 'a deal'. It can be tricky sometimes. Also happens at the M&G, such a waste.
