do we have to give percentage of modify booking?

I want to upcharge a client 10$ for a lack of communication, difficulty, late pick up and multiple accidents. However, I calculated how much I would make before the 10$ is added and after the 10$ is added and I would wind up making less if I charged my client more due to the rover fee. How is this possible?????

I don't think you're calculating it correctly. Since you haven't given any numbers, let's say you boarded a dog from Friday till Sunday. You charge $30 a night, so that's $60 total minus 20% Rover fee = your share is $48.

If you added a $10 extra fee, that would be $70 - 20% = $56.

Sorry but your question is confusing and I'm not certain what assistance you are requesting? Rover takes their percentage off every booking and also from any modification made to the booking rate. Best of luck
