Heads Up For Sitters In Pt. Pleasant, NJ area?

As the title says, this is more a heads-up than a question. Seems like there's an outbreak of distemper in the raccoon population around Point Pleasant Beach/Borough, NJ. Animal control has confirmed that as many as 40 raccoons have been euthanized after being identified as infected with canine distemper. Please keep your eyes open for animals behaving strangely if you are caring for animals in Point Pleasant and surrounding areas.
