How to find 'Available Walk Requests' for 'Rover Now' through the app?

I am only able to get to the "Available Walk Requests" for the "Rover Now" if I click the text link they send me from when they notify me. Yet, I have searched the app top to bottom and can not find such a link within the app to get to that page ANYWHERE! Am I crazy and missing something right in front of me?

My app is updated. I've done more than a dozen of these requests so I am approved for it. I've been through the inbox, I've been through all the links on the 'more' tab, I've even gone through the "Rebook", "Services", and "Your Pets" tabs (which are all useless to me as a sitter/walker).

On a side note... From my 2 weeks use of Rover, and I'm sure others may feel differently, but I feel as though there should be a separate app for Sitters and Owners. I would just love if those tabs opened up my profile or the other inbox so I didn't have to click through so many things every time I want to see something.

i called and they said due to pandemic they stopped 'rover now' program. (today's date 11/27/20). thanks to Walt G from providing the phone # and good advice

There is little to nothing at all about the on demand walking program and features, and absolutely nothing about how the App works in the help section or on line blogs.
