A client was leaving a review and accidentally clicked submit before it was complete. Is there a way she can edit?

It seems my client submitted the star rating before typing out her review. She is asking me if there is a way she can leave another review or edit current one? This being my first client and new to the system I wasn't able to find anything by searching on this. Has anyone else had this happen and know how to fix it?

No, there is no way for your client to edit the review herself. But she can call Rover at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to get it fixed.
