If it was booked, you should be able to access from your inbox, select past stay, then review. Rover usually sends a link as well. I think you can just go to her profile and find the spot where you can leave a review.
She has to send you a link I believe. Ask her to do that for you. Before I started walking for clients I had 3 reviews from friends that I had walked or cared for their animals for free or because I was living with them. They all wrote me reviews but as I recall I had to send them something.
