What can I do to improve my profile to make it more appealing to customers?

I am a sitter/walker that is just starting out, and I am doing everything I can to try to get my first booking. I have made a few changes to my "About Me" page, and lowered my rates a little bit. I will be updating pictures at a later date Is there anything else I can do to make my profile more enticing to customers? I look forward to hearing your feedback!

If you are looking for boarding clients your limited availability will hurt you. You need to ask friends and family to write testimonials for you - having zero reviews isn't good. Take and pass the Rover101 quiz and get the badge it is important. You need dog pictures on your profile, the house shots aren't needed. If you wish walks and drop-ins you need to expand your service area as you have set it very small. Best of luck to you

You definitely need more photos of you with animals. Looking at your profile like this almost seems like a profile for an airbnb instead for rover. Majority of people need a dog walker around noon plus minus. You have a full time job which means you aren't able to do a walk during the day. When it comes to boarding, having a 9-5 job means that doggies will go to the bathroom early morning and then later evening. A lot of people like their dogs to take potty breaks every 2-4 hours. (Of course not all of them, some don't care, but majority of my clients like that dogs do not have to hold it in all day).
