Why can’t i send a message to sitters that you say are to far? That should be up to sitters and us?

This smells like a Spam post to me

It IS up to the sitters. Sitters post the farthest distance they are willing to drive for a job and if your home is too far away, then you're simply too far. You can try temporarily changing your address to be closer to the sitter you want to talk to just to bypass that issue, then inform the sitter immediately of the situation and be prepared to pay way extra. If I have to drive out of my service area, it disrupts my entire day and takes away time for other jobs.

I got the same message while looking for sitters. Sitter is too far away, would not send the message. I live out in the country, nothing is close to me. I did choose people in the nearest towns to where I live, but still did not get any responces, because the distance was too far.
