Asking owners to bring a crate for a Boarding service?
It's my first time doing a boarding service. Do owners typically bring a crate for their dog? Can I ask them to bring one?

You tell them what to bring, what not to forget etc If they have a crate they use, definitely suggest they bring it and explain that their pup would feel much better in their own crate :)
Of the requests I've booked, no one has brought a crate but I haven't asked either. If you would prefer to have dogs crated during sleeping hours, I would put in your profile that all boarded dogs must bring their own crate. Then, when messaging, remind them of this before finalizing booking.
