Why isn't my profile showing up on my phone? I am trying to view my profile and it is not showing up on my phone?

I just downloaded the app and it is not showing me as a dog sitter. It is just showing up as the general app.

You need to log on to the App with the same login as you do the web portal. Also what you will see for your profile is limited in the App
