Can I post a review on an owner?
I know an owner can post a review on a sitter but can the sitter post one for the owner?

No, that's not possible. If there's something exceptional that you think Rover would want to know, you can flag a conversation (such as if it is inappropriate or a scam) or tell them directly if there was something they should note on the account (i.e unsafe condition).
Deb is correct if the message conversations gives you pause or cause for concern then flag and let rover know. After the service is completed you are asked to review the dog. I had a repeat customer that started becoming a problem. So, when I reviewed the dog(s) which were great, I gave great detail about the customer dropping the dog(s) a night earlier than booked, not wanting to pay for that night and when they finally did due to me sending lots of messages to pay, they picked up a full day after the pick up date.
