Custom Promo Code?
Trying to figure out how to create my unique promo code but can't figure it out. Can someone please walk me through it step by step?

If you want a custom code- like your name or something short that potential clients can remember- you need to call Rover Support @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They do the change on the promo code from random numbers to something you choose.
What I did was come up with a few ideas and then tried them to see if they are already being used. Once I narrowed it down and decided- I contacted Rover Support and they made the change.
Most sitters just pick something random, there really isn't a step by step procedure. When I set up my profile I picked the month and day I started "JANUARY20"
