What is your cancellation policy?

I have reserved a time with Katie Landers for May 31 to June 3, 2018 and have already been charged on my credit card. What is your policy if I cancel because of unexpected circumstances.

Hi Beverly - Each sitter chooses one of three cancellation policies and can have different cancellation policies for each service. However, even the strictest cancellation policy provides a full refund if you cancel over 1 week prior to your stay.
