Changing my pricing?

Once a job is booked and paid, nothing affects it. Your price increase will only apply to new bookings.

I wouldn't "modify the stay" once it has been booked, but you can still go to your profile to adjust your prices. It won't affect the stay that you've already scheduled, and you can make sure you get the payment you want on future bookings.
