I received an email from 2 clients that said I received a Rover review 5 star. They are not showing up on my profile?

That is because the customers clicked on the "Stars" but did not put written comments/praise or what they Loved about your services. Your profile will show the "5 Stars"on searches, if that is what they gave you, but since they didn't leave a written review nothing will show on your profile. Customers sometimes do just the Stars not realizing that it is also important to state why.
