For dog boarding, the owner will usually bring and pick up the dog. However, you can make other arrangements and offer pick up and drop offs. That transport service is an add-on that can be charged for (so long as it's in the Rover estimate and the client understands). You may also choose to offer it as a complimentary service for repeat bookings or if you're already out and that's easier than having traffic in&out of your home.

My customers bring their dogs to me. It is important for you and the customer to agree on a drop & pick up time. A few minutes early or late is ok for me but if they are stuck in traffic, got a late start and won't make it on time I tell owners they Must let me know. I take my dogs for an early morning walk and need to know approx. when they are coming. I do have set "open" and "closed" hours. If they can't pick up before 6pm (If they contact me and assure me they can be here before 7pm) I will give them a little extra time. Otherwise owners must extend another overnight.

It totally depends on you and what you can and can't do. I on the other hand can't pick up the dogs as I do not have a car. if you choose to pick up the dog(s) make sure the drop off and pick up rate is very seasonable for the owner(s) or they might choose someone else
