Uploading videos to clients?

I have been sending my clients videos of their doggies and they can't watch them for some reason. I also did a search and couldn't find an answer. There was something about the app but I can't find it on there either. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance :)

Video's longer than 15 seconds won't work! And trying to use the App most times won't work. You can usually send them via text. And lots of folks post them to YouTube and text them the link
