What are some tried and true ways to utilize your rover business cards other than just leaving them with clients to give to friends or handing them out on the rare occasion? Most creative?
Anytime I'm at the dog park with my own pup I pass out my business cards to the other dog owners there
I usually keep a stack on me when I'm out and about -- but def when with my pups of the day. People love to stop and talk to me about my pack -- usually asking if they're all mine! It's never a bad idea to give them a way to reach you if they find they need some help! I've gotten a lot of business at the dog park -- so much that sometimes when I have a meet and greet (I've been known to do it at the park), other owners come up and join the conversation.
I like to leave them in the swanky pet boutiques and dog friendly bars if the owner is amicable.
I only give my card to people when I interact with a polite dog which gets along with my dogs on our walks. In addition, I have left my cards with the Groomer, Veterinarian, and at the local Feed Store.
I just got a great holiday booking by leaving my card on a bulletin board at a pet store. And I have a Meet & Greet with another pet owner tomorrow who was in the same store. Definitely leaving my cards with this store!
