I merged my dog vacay account and now I'm listed twice, help?

When I clicked to merge my account, it's now showing me listed twice which can seem deceitful if you're a guest looking for a host. I don't want to lose my DV reviews by just deleting that account. I have more reviews on Rover. I reached out to Rover to find out what to do but it says they're currently experiencing a high volume of queries so I'm trying here first. I imagine there's a lot of hosts that were on both sites (among others), did I miss something when merging? What did you do?

Have you actually tried calling Rover or did you just sent a message?

I ended up calling and they merged the two accounts using my specific instructions on moving only the reviews over from DV and keeping everything else the same as my original Rover profile. It took about a week but everything looks good to me.

Thanks everyone for your input.

You should log a trouble ticket so your accounts and data can be merged correctly, https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/re...

I would not delete any of your information from either site. My data from DogVacay has been migrated to Rover, i.e. My DogVacay reviews, client names, dog names, their last stay dates, and number of stays, etc.) I've noticed my DogVacay bookings are listed on both sites but the booking is actually with Rover.

The migration of the two systems has been a mess to say the least. I suggest waiting for things to settle down. Just make sure your bookings from both sites are accounted for and you get paid accurately. Call Rover if these two things are not correct.

Hope this helps.
