If I had two clients that needed me but their dates overlapped could I house sit two houses at once??

I have a client that wants me to stay at their home from The 9th to the 15th of June and another family that wants me to house sit from the 10th to the 13th. Could I house sit both of them at the same time if I did all of the duties required for both and then just stayed the night at only one of their homes? I already have requests for both but I just want to make sure its ok or even allowed before I bring it up to them my plan?

See if one of the clients is amenable to you not staying at their house. Also you could suggest drop-in visits to one. While Rover's definition of housesitting does state that the sitter stays at the client's home, I've read numerous comments here on this board by sitters that don't stay at the home. Just make sure one of the clients agrees to the change in the service.

I agree with Karen's answer. I'd add that if one of the client agrees, I'd include those details in the message when you agree to the booking on Rover. That way the client, you, and Rover Support can all see and reference what was agreed to in writing.

Definitely talk to your clients. When I hire a house sitter, I expect them to be there overnight and part of the day. My dogs can get along fine while someone goes to work, runs errands, lives their life.... but I need someone there in the morning, couple hours afternoon / evening, and overnight. If this is what they are wanting of you, then it's not really possible to stay overnight in 2 places.
