My profile says I have 12 reviews but I can only see one? Where are the others? Is it maybe that the other reviews are just 5 stars with no written review?

You are correct....you have reviews with stars only, with no commentary. Most of my reviews are like that...but I appreciate them as my client(s) decided to post them!

If the customer doesn't leave a comment, only stars then you only see the stars. Ask customers to leave a brief review so pet parents checking you out can read about the service you provide. Stars are nice but potential customers do like to read something from others. Once a year I ask my repeats to review. You must have their email and rover has a place where you can send them a request. Depending on the new customer - if they are a 1 time, I may or may not request a review when they get picked up. First time customers rover sends an automatic review request.
