How do I cancel my booked sitting and what is penalty

Each sitter sets his/her own cancellation policy. There are three types: flexible, moderate and strict. It states on the sitter's profile which policy applies to the services they offer because it can vary by service.

If you need to cancel, contact your sitter and he/she can put through the change so that you get whatever refund applies. Remember, it can all depend on the sitter's policy and when you cancel in relation to the start day/time.
