Hi Everyone. i love dogs. I am interested in becoming a sitter. I want to know the process of clients booking for a day or overnight sit. I am a little concerned about safety, as there are people coming to your home that you do not know. Thank you.
Dealing with new clients can be daunting at times but the purpose of the meet and greet to spend time with the client and their pup(s). Many Rover sitters hold the meet and greet at a neutral site, like a park, and not your home. Some sitters bring along another person for safety reasons. At times it is best to call the client and discuss their requirements before the meet and greet to see if you get a good or negative feeling about them. Good luck
