How long does it take for Rover to do a background check?

its been three weeks since i've signed up for Rover and i am still waiting for my background check/profile to get approved. Is that a normal time

I would email the support staff, they had a technical error with my application but they got it fixed once I pointed it out.

I think mine was done within three days. I'd contact support--something doesn't seem right.
